Accountabilities:
- Accountable for HSE-Q activities on the project(s)
Responsibilities:
- Implement the Annual QHSE Plan and report the progress.
- To co-ordinate with the management team in order to establish and maintain procedures to control all documents and
data that relate to the requirements of QHSE standards of the departments.- Conduct QHSE induction for new employees.
- Coordinate with the Operation team to achieve operational QHSE objectives.
- Liaise with the sub-contractor (s) HSE officer to ensure HSE compliance on the site.
- Carry out Periodic QHSE Site Inspection and log any shortfalls for follow up on action item (Onsite and Camp site).
- Participate and advise in risk assessment and HAZID studies for the different activities of the company.
- Conduct HSE Audits & inspections to verify compliance with the HSE Management System and the specific
requirements of Client and local regulations.- Investigate accidents including near miss incidents and suggest corrective & preventive action.
- Conduct emergency exercises as scheduled and disseminate learning points. Conduct HSE trainings & maintain
training records.- Implement chemical and waste management procedures to conform to Company Waste Management Procedure and
& federal procedures /regulations.- Conduct HSE meetings to raise HSE awareness of employees and cascade the HSE alerts received from various
sources.- Attend Client monthly / quarterly HSE meetings and cascade pertinent information to the Operation team.
- To advise the HSE Manager on a continuous basis of current and future HSE requirements on project site.
- Adhere to and implement the Pioneer & Client QHSE requirements on project(s).
- Any other assignment as given by QHSE Manager.

Competency:
- Diploma in industrial safety or equivalent with NEBOSH certificate.
- Fluent English speaking and excellent report writing skills.
- Qualified in implementation of EMS and OHSAS.
- Able to provide detailed audit reports, with relevant required preventive and corrective measures.
- Qualified in HSE practices.
- Knowledge in MS-Office.
