OCTG Completions, Make Up and PT Shop

Pioneer Erbil has a dedicated OCTG Completions / Make up / Pressure Test Shop which can facilitate under one roof, all required services including storage, tool build and function testing. For all Make up and Break Out on Drilling and Completions equipment, a fully rotational torque turn unit is in place with the capacity 2 7/8” – 21” clamping range, specifically tailored to premium connections such as VAM, Tenaris, JFE, Hunting.

A large fully enclosed Pressure Test Bay to accommodate various type equipment and completion assemblies with remote video surveillance during ongoing operations.

All services are performed by experienced Pioneer technicians with extensive knowledge of the operations, equipment and OEM procedures, QAQC provide support as an additional service and are available on site as and when required.

Approved Quality Document Packages provided in accordance with relevant OEM Specifications and industry related standards.
