Key Task :-

• Supports the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment (lathes, mills, cranes, welding and heat treatment equipment and any other mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic machine as required) under the supervision of a senior mechanic.
• Assisting in routine inspections, trouble shooting and mechanical issues.
• Follow instructions from senior mechanics and supervisors to complete assigned tasks
• Assist in equipment dismantling and reassembly activities
• Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure equipment is isolated and safe before maintenance activities
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials, oils, and hazardous substances
• Record the maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
• Report any defects or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly
• Maintain good housekeeping in workshop and work areas

Competency:

• High School or Equivalent
• 2 Years experience in Electrical Maintenance, Stationary Engineer.
• Background in mechanical engineering/electrical equivalent experience
• Problem-solving skills. Organised, Hard Working, work under pressure
• Good communication skills

Key Task:

• Identify and target potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Analyse customer needs and present suitable products and services to fulfil their requirements.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently while maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Manage the sales process in communication and as directed by company operational depts and management.
• Collaborate with BDM and sales team to improve the services offerings based on customer feedback.
• Reporting and documentation of customer database and meeting minutes.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients. Provide feedback to management on market conditions and sales by means of regular reporting.
• Actively monitor tender opportunities from clients in the southern region and ensure that the company receives all relevant tender invitations. Collaborate with clients to remain on their preferred vendor lists.
• Maintain close communication with the Erbil office, passing on leads promptly and ensuring that quotes and tenders are developed and submitted on time.

Key Task:

• 1ASME Certification Review: Participating in the ASME stamp certifications process.

• Implementing Quality Control Plans: Preparing and implementing components of Quality Controls Plans and Procedures according to the organization’s Quality Management System and ASME Manual.

• Monitoring Compliance: Ensuring that welding procedures and ASME code requirements comply with company, customer, and code specifications.

• Inspection: Inspecting welded sub-assemblies and assemblies at designated points of the manufacturing process for ASME hold points.

• Factory Acceptance Testing: Conducting onsite and offsite factory acceptance tests (FAT) to customer-specified QC documents.

• Quality Control: To review (and correct) all shop fabrication drawings before they are released to the shop. Maintain PQR, WPS welder continuity log. Issuance of final weld report and COC.
