Key Task :-
- Supports the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment (lathes, mills, cranes, welding and heat treatment equipment and any other mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic machine as required) under the supervision of a senior mechanic.
- Assisting in routine inspections, trouble shooting and mechanical issues.
- Follow instructions from senior mechanics and supervisors to complete assigned tasks
- Assist in equipment dismantling and reassembly activities
- Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure equipment is isolated and safe before maintenance activities
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials, oils, and hazardous substances
- Record the maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
- Report any defects or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly
- Maintain good housekeeping in workshop and work areas
Competency:
- High School or Equivalent
- 2 Years experience in Electrical Maintenance, Stationary Engineer.
- Background in mechanical engineering/electrical equivalent experience
- Problem-solving skills. Organised, Hard Working, work under pressure
- Good communication skills
