1ASME Certification Review: Participating in the ASME stamp certifications process.
Implementing Quality Control Plans: Preparing and implementing components of Quality Controls Plans and Procedures according to the organization’s Quality Management System and ASME Manual.
Monitoring Compliance: Ensuring that welding procedures and ASME code requirements comply with company, customer, and code specifications.
Inspection: Inspecting welded sub-assemblies and assemblies at designated points of the manufacturing process for ASME hold points.
Factory Acceptance Testing: Conducting onsite and offsite factory acceptance tests (FAT) to customer-specified QC documents.
Quality Control: To review (and correct) all shop fabrication drawings before they are released to the shop. Maintain PQR, WPS welder continuity log. Issuance of final weld report and COC.
